At Cover, we exist to change how athletes think about protection. For too long, sports gear has treated safety as an afterthought. Protective equipment is bulky, uncomfortable, and outdated. We set out to build something better to give athletes the freedom to play their game.
Where it started
The idea for Cover began with a simple insight - cricket has evolved, but protective gear hasn’t. Modern players face faster bowling, longer sessions, and higher standards of fitness, yet rely on equipment designed decades ago.
We believed it was time for protection to evolve too. What started as a single concept, the perfect cricket box, became a mission to redefine how athletes experience safety and performance.

Our aluminium shell is specifically formulated to be strong and resilient against hard ball impacts. Our shell consistently withstands multiple impacts at top end bowling speeds.
Flattened edges
Protection shouldn't leave gaps. Our flattened-edge design increases surface coverage and stabilises impact zones, helping redirect force - resulting in broader protection without reducing movement.
Shock absorbing dual foam
We use two separate layers of foam, one harder and one softer, which our R&D has shown improves player comfort (both in normal use, and during impacts). Both foams are an advanced polyurethane compound for improved shock absorption compared to typical foams used in sports gear.
UNIQUE SHAPE
Our unique silhouette is shaped for performance: reducing bulk, eliminating pinch points, and improving fit under pressure. It sits naturally, moves freely, and feels like it belongs there.
