Shipping & Returns Policy

At Cover, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly and making returns simple if something isn’t right.

Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During product launches or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across New Zealand and will be expanding to Australia from April.
International shipping will be introduced soon.

Delivery Timeframes (New Zealand)

  • North Island: 2–4 business days

  • South Island: 2–6 business days

  • Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier demand.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the performance and quality of every Cover product.

Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in original condition

  • It is returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

If the product is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we’ll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.
Please allow 5–7 business days for funds to appear in your account after processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or our error.
