If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us at cover@coverathletes.com. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty or does not meet acceptable quality standards.

We may require proof of purchase. For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused and in original condition. Approval is at our discretion.

Cover products are designed to provide protective support during sporting activity. However, no protective equipment can eliminate the risk of injury.

You acknowledge that participation in sport carries inherent risks. Cover is not liable for injury resulting from misuse, improper fit, or failure to follow care instructions.

All content on this website including logos, product designs, text, images and branding is owned by or licensed to Cover.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
